Discovery Conversation

We don’t believe in cookie-cutter trips. To design your trip, we need to know you.

We’ll hop on a call or have a detailed WhatsApp chat to understand your pace, your taste in hotels, and how you like to travel.

  • Chat with us for 15-20 minutes.
  • Be honest about your budget and energy levels.
  • Ask us anything about safety, culture, or logistics.

Step 03

Itinerary Design

This is where the magic happens. We craft a day-by-day plan that balances must-see sights with hidden gems, downtime, and great food.

To begin design work, we ask for a deposit. Once that’s in, we send your itinerary draft and refine it together.

What you do

  • Confirm you’d like us to start designing.
  • Complete the deposit payment.
  • Review the itinerary draft we send.
  • Tell us what excites you and what doesn't.
  • Request changes (swapping hotels, adding days, etc.).

  • Build a beautiful, detailed itinerary once your deposit is received.
  • Curate hotels, guides, and experiences.
  • Refine the plan based on your feedback (usually 1-2 rounds).

Bookings & Confirmation

Once you love the plan, we lock it in. We handle the logistics so you don’t have to juggle a dozen confirmations.

Payments are secure, and bookings are confirmed with our trusted partners—typically after full payment is received before you arrive.

  • Complete full payment before arrival so we can confirm bookings.
