That’s why we started Destynys. We wanted to bridge the gap between a luxury travel agency and a knowledgeable local friend. We believe that the best way to see Egypt isn’t from the window of a tour bus, but from a sidewalk café in Downtown Cairo, a private felucca on the Nile at sunset, or a quiet spot in the desert under the stars.

Why we started Destynys.
It started with a realization. Omar El Said, a travel expert and lifestyle consultant who lived between Cairo, London, and the Red Sea, noticed a gap. Friends would visit Egypt and come back with stories of chaotic tours, aggressive vendors, and generic hotels. They had seen the monuments, but they hadn’t felt the country.
Omar knew there was a better way. He wanted to create a travel experience that felt like visiting a friend who knows the ropes. Someone who could guide you to the quiet corners, the authentic flavors, and the moments of genuine connection.
