Airport-specific coverage
For Cairo International (CAI) and Hurghada International (HRG), submit the airport and flight so we can check current supplier coverage for that terminal and date. Other Egyptian airports require an individual coverage check. This is not a promise of nationwide or 24-hour availability.
Different services, different access
Landside greeting, help with baggage, lounge access and airside assistance are not interchangeable. Your confirmation must identify where the representative meets you and which tasks are covered. Restricted-area access depends on airport authorisation; visa, immigration and security decisions remain with the authorities.
What is included and excluded?
Only confirmed services listed in your proposal are included. A greeting does not automatically include a private lounge, priority processing or car transfer. Request mobility assistance through the airline/airport where required; tell us so any concierge arrangements can complement it.
Price and conditions
Airport, terminal, arrival versus departure, passenger count, flight time and service level affect the quote. Lead time, required documents, delay handling, cancellation and no-show terms must be confirmed before payment. Share any requested identity documents only through the private channel agreed with the Destynys team.

Does VIP assistance bypass immigration?
No. It does not waive visa requirements, security checks or border-control decisions.
Is a transfer included?
Only if listed in the proposal. You can combine a separate transfer request with the airport assistance enquiry.
