Dinner, beach day or late night?
These are different requests. A restaurant reservation normally concerns a table and meal; a beach day may involve a day pass, lounger or cabana; nightlife can require a ticket or event-specific guest approval. Tell us which experience you want and whether quiet conversation or music matters more.
Availability and access
Requests depend on the venue’s operating dates, capacity and policies. A reservation is confirmed only after the venue accepts it, and its entry rules still apply. In Marassi and other gated communities, venue reservations and community access are separate checks. Confirm both before travelling.
Understand the total
Ask whether there is a deposit, minimum spend, entry charge, cover fee, tax or service charge. Establish what can be redeemed against food or drinks and what cannot. Special tables, events, group size and peak dates can change the conditions.
Before the evening
Confirm arrival window, dress and age rules, cancellation terms and how late arrival is handled. Tell us about children, allergies or accessibility requirements privately. Transport and food or drinks are included only if the proposal says so.
