Choose the journey you need
Request an arrival, a departure or both. Each direction needs its own date and details. For arrival, share the scheduled landing time. For departure, share the flight time and accommodation separately from your requested pickup time, so the plan can account for your airline’s check-in requirements.
Check the airport and address
This page concerns Cairo International Airport (CAI). Check your ticket: Sphinx International Airport (SPX) is a different airport and needs a separate availability check. Send your actual hotel or address and the correct entrance where relevant. New Cairo and Giza are different journeys, not interchangeable hotel areas.
Meeting your driver
Before confirming, check the airport, terminal, meeting point and contact method. Landing time is not the time you will be ready to leave. Keep Destynys updated so the team can coordinate with your driver. Confirm waiting and delay arrangements, and tell us your preferred driver language so availability can be checked.
A vehicle that fits your party
Ask about sedans, SUVs, vans or buses, including premium and luxury options. Count everyone travelling and describe large suitcases, pushchairs and oversized items. Mention child-seat requests or assistance getting into a vehicle privately. The exact vehicle, capacity, equipment, availability and price must be confirmed; requesting them does not reserve them.
What your quote should cover
Check direction, route, vehicle category, passenger/luggage capacity, price and currency. The proposal should explain parking, tolls, waiting, extra stops and other charges, plus payment, cancellation and no-show terms. We do not publish a universal free-waiting allowance or a fixed journey time.
Keep separate services clear
A transfer covers the agreed journey. Sightseeing, an all-day driver, airport VIP assistance and lounge access are separate requests unless expressly included in your confirmed proposal. Submitting this enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Useful questions
Can I request pickup and return together?
Yes. Choose Both in the enquiry and provide separate journey details for each direction. Confirmation remains subject to availability.
Where exactly will I meet the driver?
Your individual confirmation must give the meeting point and contact method. Do not assume one gate or an indoor-arrivals meeting applies to every terminal or service.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Confirm the applicable delay, waiting and extra-charge arrangements before booking, and use the agreed contact method to report changes. Automatic flight tracking and unlimited waiting are not promised.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes. Share the requirement and relevant age/size information privately. Suitability, availability and cost need confirmation before you rely on the arrangement.
Does it include VIP assistance?
Only if expressly quoted and confirmed as a separate service. A vehicle transfer by itself does not include airport assistance or lounge access.
How long will the journey take?
It depends on the actual address, route, time and traffic. Discuss your flight and hotel timing with us instead of relying on a fixed airport-to-hotel estimate.
