Send the full property name and address. Somabay and the wider Ras Soma area should not be treated as the same drop-off point. The exact resort entrance or residence matters for routing, pricing and meeting arrangements. If you are still choosing your stay, tell us before fixing the transfer.
Make room for your luggage and equipment
A vehicle that seats your group may not fit every bag. Mention golf bags, diving equipment, kite bags, pushchairs and large cases before we quote. Ask for the appropriate vehicle category; capacity, child seats and any accessibility arrangement need explicit confirmation.
Meeting your driver after arrival
Your confirmation should specify the meeting point and how to contact the pickup team. Keep us updated if your flight changes or baggage takes longer so we can coordinate with the driver. Waiting allowances and extra charges are agreed for the booking; do not assume unlimited waiting or automatic flight monitoring.
Return transfers need their own plan
Share the departure flight and exact pickup location for the return. Agree the resort pickup against airline check-in requirements and realistic road time, with a suitable buffer. A return request needs its own date and timing, even when both directions are quoted together. We do not promise a fixed airport journey time.
What is included in the quote?
Confirm the private journey, vehicle category, passenger and luggage capacity, total with currency, and any parking or waiting charges. Extra stops, resort-to-resort journeys and service outside the agreed route are separate requests. Payment, cancellation and delay arrangements are confirmed in your proposal.
Airport assistance and your wider stay
You can also request airport VIP assistance and a driver during your stay. Assistance inside the airport is not included in the transfer, and its coverage depends on the airport, terminal and availability. Tell us about resort changes or planned outings so we can quote the relevant services together, with each inclusion clear.

Can I book the transfer without booking my resort through Destynys?
Yes. Share your confirmed accommodation and flight details; the transfer can be arranged as an individual service.
Can you take golf or kitesurfing equipment?
It can be requested. Give the number and approximate size of the equipment bags so we can confirm a suitable vehicle and any extra charge.
What if our flight is delayed?
Update us as soon as you know. We coordinate the revised pickup with the driver according to the waiting and delay arrangements confirmed for your booking.
Does this include VIP airport service?
No. You can request it alongside the transfer, but the airport service and its inclusions are confirmed separately.
