One journey or a driver for the day?

A one-way transfer takes you between agreed locations. A driver request needs a schedule: the places you want to visit, time at each stop and your return plans. State which you need so waiting, additional stops and any overtime can be quoted clearly.

Give the exact arrival and destination

Destynys arranges North Coast journeys from your requested pickup location or airport in Egypt, as well as private drivers and separately requested airport VIP assistance. For an airport pickup, share the airport, flight number, arrival date and time. For a road pickup, give the agreed collection point. Include the community, hotel or property location at the other end. Ask how you will meet the driver and how changes to arrival time are handled. Each journey and airport service is confirmed for your dates; assistance does not waive airport security or entry rules.

Match the vehicle to the group

Provide adult and child counts, luggage and any child-seat or accessibility needs. Confirm the proposed vehicle, passenger and luggage capacity, requested equipment and any driver arrangements. A request for a feature is not a confirmation that it is available.

Confirm the full journey terms

Check currency and total cost, agreed stops, waiting, parking or toll treatment, cancellation terms and any return journey. Community access and guest registration remain separate requirements. Travel time depends on the route, traffic and exact pickup and drop-off locations.

Useful questions

Can a transfer take me into a private community?

Entry depends on that community's current rules and your guest authorisation. Confirm the drop-off point and access before travel.

Can I add dinner stops or a return journey?

Include them in the request so the schedule, waiting and price can be assessed together.

What if my flight changes?

Ask for the contact and change procedure in your confirmed proposal, including any waiting charges. Do not assume unlimited waiting.
