Choose the property and the location together
A hotel may suit a group that values on-site services. A villa may offer separate bedrooms and shared living space. A chalet or apartment may suit a more independent routine. The property type alone does not establish what is included.
Check beach and community access
Ask what guest registration is required, who arranges it and which beach or facilities your booking includes. Confirm these details for the specific property and dates. A restaurant or beach-club reservation is a separate arrangement and should not be treated as permission to enter a community.
Compare the complete quote
Review the total and currency, occupancy, taxes or fees, security deposit, payment schedule, cancellation rules, minimum stay and check-in arrangements. Recent photographs should show the property being proposed. Keep any sensitive guest documents within the approved private booking process.
